Kluttz, Reamer, Hayes, Adkins & Carter, LLP, has roots in the firm of Craige & Craige, which began in 1832 and is one of the oldest continuously operating law firms in North Carolina.

The firm was formed in 1954 by Clarence Kluttz and Lewis Hamlin, two respected litigators with local ties. Randy Reamer, currently the firm’s senior partner, has been practicing with the firm since 1972. Bill Kluttz, Clarence’s son, practiced with the firm for more than 20 years and then serveed as a District Court judge for Rowan County. Another former partner, James Randolph, was recently elected a District Court judge.

Our office sits in the heart of historic Salisbury, the county seat of Rowan. We are located in the rapidly growing Interstate 85 corridor between Charlotte and Greensboro in central North Carolina.

Our attorneys practice regularly in the District and Superior Courts of Rowan, Cabarrus, Iredell, Davie, Stanly and Davidson counties, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina.
